Mark brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the BISC Board of Directors as our new treasurer. Mark recently retired after over 40 years of work in the high-tech industry, mostly focused on pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. He founded an image informatics software company (Scimagix) and also served as a Chief Financial Officer. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering (University of Massachusetts), M.S. in Chemical Engineering (University of Michigan) and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship (University of California at Berkeley).
Mark regularly uses the shotgun range and frequents the pistol caliber range as well.
The BISC Board and our three range managers have been addressing how to resume operations of our ranges under Phase 2. Everyone is looking forward to getting back to practice after we complete the necessary steps to keep everyone safe.
Procedures for re-opening will be posted on the BISC website and will follow Washington State guidelines; you will receive notification when the website is updated, tested, and ready for you to start reserving shooting times. We will also post on the BISC website short videos showing how each of the ranges will operate under Phase 2, and what will be expected of you as a shooter.
To help make up for the shooting opportunities that we have missed during the coronavirus lockdown, the BISC Board has extended all BISC memberships for two months. As members renew, their membership will be extended 2 months.

Guns, holsters, and wax bullets are supplied free. John West (aka “Old West”), the 2017 ‘Top Gun’ and the 2018 National Champion will host Cowboy Fast Draw at the BISC Pistol Range this Saturday, August 25th, from Noon to 2:00pm. A total blast. Wear your spurs if you got’em.
