The Club features one shotgun range which is used for Trap Shooting and 5-Stand.
Trap – traditional American Trap shot from the standard 16 yard line out to 27 yard handicap. American Trap is a clay target game in which you shoot 5 targets from each of 5 stations for a total of 25 targets/shots per round. The targets come from one trap and are always going away from you.
5-Stand – this game is a variation of sporting clays in which you shoot 5 targets from each of 5 stations for a total of 25 targets/round. The targets come from eight different traps including incoming, outgoing, crossing, springing teal, and rabbit.
Range safety officers are present during scheduled range sessions. All ranges are open to BISC members and the public.
