This past year the BISC Board of Directors reviewed the existing club bylaws and determined that some changes are needed for us to provide club oversight in a more efficient manner. A copy of the existing bylaws, the proposed change to those bylaws and an executive summary of the changes are provided below.
Per the existing bylaws any change to those bylaws must be voted on by the membership. This vote will occur at our Annual General Meeting on December 14. IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO ATTEND THE VIRTUAL AGM ON 14 DECEMBER, PLEASE SEND AN
EMAIL TO board@biscwa.org THAT TRANSMITS a completed “Bylaws_Proxy-Instructions” (linked below), to be counted as a digital vote. Your completed mail-in ballot vote for officers and trustees is also requested.
